Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice Appreciated

To honor the time, energy, and preparation devoted to each Reiki, sound, and vibrational healing session, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. This allows us to sustain the practice and hold space with care for all clients.

Illness & Emergencies

We understand that life can be unpredictable.

If you are experiencing illness or an unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. In these situations, we are happy to offer a reschedule or cancellation without penalty.
